A word from the author
I’ve spent most of my career building sales teams and systems. Almost all the tools I described in my 2025 Top 10 have already changed.
This book exists because the gap between how sales was taught and how it works today is growing too fast.
I wrote it for entrepreneurs who don’t have time to relearn sales from scratch. Go-to-market engineers will have a thousand other opinions. That’s fine. These are the tools I actually work with.
You can treat the full flow as a working system. Or take what fits and discard what doesn’t. Then test and adapt.
